SHIPPING RETURNING

• Free delivery on orders $1000 or more in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties*
• Damages must be report immediately upon receipt
• Export orders will be delivered to freight forwarders in Dade and Broward Counties for orders of $1000 or more at no charge*
• *There is a $10 fuel surcharge added to each order regardless of the size of the order
• Most orders processed in 24 hours
• Export orders require additional processing time

Return and Exchange Policy

• Claims for damages or shortages must be reported within 10 days of invoice date.
• After this period any claims or shortages will not be accepted.
• Returned merchandise will be accepted only after approval and will be subject to 25% restocking fee.
